About Us

Vietnam-based De De Consulting has been providing consulting services in environmental technologies for Water, Wastewater, and Solid Waste Treatment since 2018. Founded by Mr. Uwe Dechert, we have provided consulting services across projects in the South and North of Vietnam. 

Uwe Dechert has over 30 years of experience working in the field of water engineering. He started his career in Germany in the late 1980s. Focused on environmental business and managing municipal water and wastewater utility systems in Germany. From 2006 onwards he started his international career as a Consultant and Project Manager for International EPC-Infrastructure Projects. 

He was leading the Project execution Department for a German EPC Contractor based in MENA (Middle East & Northern Africa) Region. His experience in the after-sales service of equipment for water, sewage, and waste treatment projects also contributed to the further development of an international EPC contractor based in Germany.

Mr. Dechert has worked around the world, providing sustainable water treatment solutions to serve millions of people with clean potable water. All water treatment and wastewater treatment projects have focused across areas from Germany, Southeast Europe to China, Egypt, Jordan, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Now based in Vietnam, we are bringing this experience to both, local and internationally funded projects. We take pride in providing overall project management services and water treatment solutions that meet the projects’ budgets and timelines.
